Drive your decorated boat to the Thomas's Dock from 10:00- 11:00 AM (house with the cable car east of Goose Island) SO, THAT WE CAN GET YOUR DETAILS PLUS TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR DECORATED BOAT FOR THE MAGAZINE. Parade begins at 11:00 AM; lineup near Goose Island behind the leader. Route follows the shoreline in the NO WAKE ZONE AT IDLE SPEED IN A COUNTERCLOCKWISE ROTATION (starts at Goose Island, heads north, ends at the Narrows).
